Documents Required for the Contract

MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED WHEN UPLOADING DOCUMENTS

1- 3×4 cm passport size photograph
Prepare a passport size photo with a plain background and white colour.

Remember that your photo will be used in official documents. (Diploma, student certificate, registration, etc.) Upload the image to the system in Jpg, Png format.

2- Original Undergraduate Diploma Image
Scan and upload the image of your most recent undergraduate diploma to the system in a readable, clearly visible state.

3- Undergraduate Diploma Image Translated into English
Scan and upload to the system the image of your most recent undergraduate diploma translated into English in a readable, clearly visible form. If you have been given an English diploma from the school you graduated from, you do not need to have it translated.

4- Passport Image
Scan and upload your passport picture to the system in a readable, clearly visible form.

5- Contract
Upload the pdf format of the contract you have signed with e-signature via Adobe Acrobat to the system from the files area.

You can upload it from the “Upload Agreement” section in the registration form. Do not forget to download the contract you signed with Adobe Signature, a secure infrastructure, from your e-mail and then upload it to the contract field in the Register Form.

Important Reminders for Postgraduate Programs
1. 1 year duration.
2. 70% attendance is compulsory. We regret to inform you that students who exceed the attendance limit will not be able to receive a master’s degree.
3. We regret to inform you that students who have not paid the full master’s degree tuition fee will not be able to receive a master’s degree diploma.
4. We regret to inform you that students who do not get enough grades in the exams or who do not submit the assignments in place will not be able to receive a master’s diploma.
5. Master’s courses are held online.
6. We kindly ask you to take care to complete the necessary forms, contracts and payments on time. We would like to remind you that Nova Education Germany’i is not responsible for any problems you may have with the university due to problems with documents, payments, contracts, etc.
7. Please note that even if you wish to drop out of the master’s program after enrollment, you must pay the full fee or there will be no refund.

#Documents

Documents
– The background of your photo to be used in official documents should be plain white and your face should be a clear 3×4 cm photo, just like the passport or ID card.
– Do not use any characters other than the Latin alphabet and English language characters when filling out the contracts (e.g. Arabic, Krill alphabet or ö,ü,ç,ş,ğ,ş,ı,İ etc.).
– Upload both the original and the translated version of your diploma translated into English by a Notary Public or a sworn translator.
– The front side of your passport should be uploaded so that the image can be read.
-After the payments, send the bank receipt to your education counselor via whatsapp or email.
– When filling in the contracts, please select the options that suit you and check them after filling in. Please note that you will have to sign the contract again in case of incorrect filling.

#Payment
  • Remember to make your installment payments regularly.
  • Don’t forget to send your receipt to your education counselor after your payments.
  • We would like to remind you that our students who have completed their payments will not receive a diploma and will not be able to benefit from the trainings.
  • After your final registration, you are required to pay the full tuition fee even if you do not attend the classes.
  • There is no right of withdrawal and refund after your final registration. We would like to remind you that even if you do not complete your payments, you will be contacted legally for payments.
